The law firm was born in Milan in 1998 and breaks its activity down in order of company law, business law, civil and trade rights.
The core business is represented by the drawing up of contracts, credit collection, labour disputes, insurance law, and civil liability in general.

The firm has also a professional background in order of issues arisen during the application of integrated management information systems (such as SAP R/3) and a detailed knowledge of the legal matters connected to Internet and the new economy. In order of labour law the firm, moreover, practise activity with particular reference to mobbing.
